Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver

By registering for and participating in the Healing Earth, Healing Self Retreat at NatureSoul Sanctuary (Gladwin, Michigan), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that participation in this retreat includes outdoor activities, guided experiences, meditation, personal reflection, walking on uneven terrain, and time spent in natural settings. These activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven or slippery terrain, changing weather conditions, insects, wildlife, and other natural outdoor conditions.
2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this retreat.
3. I release and hold harmless NatureSoul, its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage to person or property arising from my participation.
4. I certify that I am physically and emotionally able to participate and will take responsibility for my own health, well-being, and personal safety throughout the retreat.
5. I understand that this retreat is intended to encourage personal reflection, connection with nature, and personal growth. It is not medical, psychological, or mental health treatment, nor is it a substitute for professional care.
6. I understand that this waiver applies to me and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
