Healing Earth Healing Self

Healing Earth, Healing Self

Third Annual NatureSoul Retreat

Rediscovering Our Relationship with the Living World

September 19–20, 2026

What happens when we slow down long enough to be truly present and experience the living world—and ourselves—with awareness?

Healing Earth, Healing Self is a weekend invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with the living world, yourself, and one another.

Through guided experiences, quiet reflection, meaningful conversation, and time immersed in nature, you'll be invited to slow down, pay attention, and discover what arises when we enter into a deeper relationship with the living world.

Your Journey Begins Here

Throughout the weekend, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Experience guided meditation, quiet reflection, and a guided inner journey.
  • Explore the unique spaces of NatureSoul, including the Cosmic Walk, Medicine Wheel, Labyrinth, Cedar Grove, Tree of Surrender, gardens, and woodland sanctuary.
  • Spend personal time wherever the land invites you—walking, journaling, sketching, meditating, or simply resting in quiet presence.
  • Gather around the evening fire for conversation, reflection, and connection.

There is no right way to experience the weekend.

You don't need to visit every space or participate in every conversation. Simply come with curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to pay attention.
